Property was good and overall room is also good as per price and space. Restaurant food was not good as per quality due to this we are disappointed

Hotel is centrally located, with very good staff . Staff is very cooperative with smooth check in & check out . Door lock is not working for some room so had to change my room which was smooth. Buffet breakfast is good . Hotel is neat & clean . Cloak room is not available

Very good hospitality! Well behaved staff I had a good experience with them and cleanliness was maintained good by them. This was my first experience with admiral suites and will always choose admiral suites whenever I come to Aurangabad. Good luck !

Very good environment and supportive staff, specially Mr Rohan. Breakfast: Good Lunch: Good Room Service: Very Fast Very close to city and all important connectivity specially bus stand and railway station, Airport arround 5 km. Thank you Rohan for wonderful experience.

We had booked The Treebo Trends Admiral Suites Aurangabad for 3 nights during Christmas long weekend. As expected the prices were on higher side, so we paid about Rs.4,500/- per room per night for 3 nights although after staying, it seemed to a be budget hotel for an overnight traveller and should not be priced more than Rs.1500 per night. The hotel seemed to be owned by some small-time local property owner who just wants to save some money by cutting on comfort of guests. There is nothing in terms of amenities. No swimming pool, no kids zone, nothing is there. Neither the hotel has sufficient comfort factor for guests nor it is adequately staffed so the existing staffs are under huge pressure. The owner also sits in the same property, but doesn’t have courage to face anger of guests. There are so many deficiencies that whenever we went to reception to complain, the manager was already being shouted upon by one or other guests. We became sympathetic to these staffs and stopped complaining after certain time. Overall the stay experience was very bad. I would give my detailed experience below: 1. Location – located in city centre, so reaching there is not a challenge. Limited parking slots available in the basement but there is space on the road. They have a 24x7 security guard also so safety shouldn’t be a problem. 2. Property –standalone 4-5 story building in a residential-commercial mixed area . The building also is a mix of commercial offices and hotel. Hotel uses floor no. 2 to 5 while ground and first floor are being used by other offices. 3. Rooms & Amenities – The room size is reasonable, however bathrooms are very small and could be more spacious. Since the hotel is located in city centre, view from room is obstructed by other buildings. 4. Bedsheets, curtains, linen quality – Not great. The bedsheets, pillow covers are not completely without stain marks. There are likely to be washed stain marks. The blanket covers given are also used ones. We got these changed and replaced with washed ones. 5. Bathrooms – Very very bad experience. One, the bathroom is very small, two – the faucets are all rusted, the maintenance is very poor, the floor tiles are dirty, the gaps in tiles have become black with dirt, three – no toiletteries are provided except a handwash and some local shampoo, no dental kit etc. are provided. Not even on request. We requested for a tooth-paste to which we were told that hotel doesn’t keep toothpaste. Similarly the towels that they provide is although white in color but you will always find it greyish white because the dust or dirt has not been removed properly. The worst among all is you don’t get running hot water. They claim to provide hot water, however most of the time the answer is that they have started the heater, and water should be available in some time. Whenever we went to reception for complaining about anything, we used to see that some or other guests are already shouting on manager for either hot water or food or anything else. 6. Food – We refused to have breakfast in hotel after our first day experience of breakfast. It is so “Thakela” breakfast that even flies would find it non-interesting. Only Idlis (very dry and upper layer became hard as crust after keeping heated for long), sambar, sandwich and poha. No dosa available, no puri-bhaji, no aloo-parantha, no corn-flakes. They can make omelette if requested. We opted to go out and pay for breakfast again, although we already had paid hotel for making breakfast part of package. During dinner, most of the time many dishes are not available although we stayed during peak season and long weekend. Overall the stay was a forgettable experience. We do not recommend Treebo Trends Admiral Suites.
